Everyone who reaches out to Varietyrussian Mold Help should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to file a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience phoning or contacting Varietyrussian Mold Help
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider you were connected with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Varietyrussian Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@varietyrussian.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Send It

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, that licensing agency may be able to help too.
